In order to suppress the noise of high pressure steam flow, there are many kinds of mufflers in the world. The principle of multilevel throttle is used to reduce the pressure. Due to its complex structure, heavy weight and difficult to disassemble and overhaul, the application scope is limited. The new muffler overcomes the above shortcomings.
This muffler is designed with the most reasonable sound attenuation principle. High pressure steam enters the pressure reducing body in a muffler through a primary flow control, and then diffuses through large volume to form a low pressure steam. In this process, the internal energy of steam flow is partly converted into the acoustic energy of a certain frequency. Although its power is greatly weakened, the exhaust steam deviates from the design value, but the noise is still higher than the standard value. For this purpose, a double-layer structure of noise barrier is designed in vitro, which is designed according to the spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the step-down body, so as to effectively absorb the residual noise. When the user is installed as required, the total noise reduction can reach 36~42 decibels.
(2) steam safety door muffler
As we all know, for the safety doors of boilers and other devices, the exhaust should avoid excessive noise, and let the steam flow out smoothly. For this reason, the common muti level throttling and small hole jet noise elimination methods are not suitable for use. This limitation has always been the design difficulty of the safety muffler, and is also the reason for the poor effect of the muffler of the safety door. The new muffler used in the safety door also adopts the mechanism of resistance and noise elimination to achieve the desired silencer effect.
(3) low pressure steam muffler
A variety of mining enterprises use a large number of low pressure boilers under 0.13Mpa and below. There are also a large number of low-pressure thermal installations in the thermal system of power plants, such as back pressure steam turbines, deaerator, auxiliary air ejector, steam turbine oil pump, continuous boiler blowdown, and regular sewage disposal. The exhaust pipe of the above equipment requires a silencer with light structure and convenient installation.

After the installation and overhaul of steam boilers and related thermal equipment pipes, steam cleaning and cleaning should be carried out for the sundries in the pipelines, and a lot of noise will be generated during the purging process.

Industrial blower is a continuous running equipment. The International Standard Organization (ISO) sets the noise standard of such equipment to be less than 90 decibels. Our new standard is the same as this, which is also the basis for the continuous noise of industrial enterprises. However, without noise elimination measures, the noise emitted by the fan inlet and outlet to the environment can reach 110~102 dB, far exceeding the standard requirements.
The muffler series is an impedance sound flow pattern. According to the spectrum characteristics obtained from the actual test of the noise source of various types of fan operation stations in the power plant, the factory determines where the muffler volume needs to be used as the main basis for designing the structure and fluid passage of the sound absorbing film, and adopts a narrow rectangular channel with a large sound absorbing material surface to enhance the absorption effect. We know that when the noise source of a fan is at the maximum noise level, its spectrum value is often more than one, and the demand for noise attenuation of different spectrum bands is not the same. For this purpose, the resistance structure of high and medium frequency noise elimination and the anti noise structure of the medium and low frequency noise devices are adopted. At the same time, two high frequency and low frequency noise elimination areas are used in the resistive channel to maximize the noise elimination band, so as to achieve a good muffling effect.
